On Saturday, Minnesota Vikings officially announced that it had given up cornerback Bashaud Breeland this afternoon.
Bashaud Breeland had an argument with his coach and teammates during Saturday’s training. This ultimately directly led to the layoff of Bashaud Breeland. Allegedly, the discord first occurred when Bashaud Breeland and the coach watched the video.
During training, Bashaud Breeland played with the starting lineup, but was asked to return to the sideline to wait. Bashaud Breeland then returned to the locker room to change his shoes, and had a dispute with his coach and teammates after returning to the court. Eventually general manager Rick Spielman had to intervene.
Bashaud Breeland signed a $3 million one-year contract with Minnesota Vikings this off season and played 13 games, but the performance was not good. When passing Bashaud Breeland, the quarterback’s passer rating averaged 112.6.
