On Monday, the league officially announced that the Las Vegas Raiders and the Jacksonville Jaguars will face off in the Hall of Fame game on August 4, 2022, kicking off the preseason.
Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Cliff Branch, defensive lineman Richard Seymor, and former Jacksonville Jaguars tackle Tony Boselli will be officially inducted into the Hall of Fame in 8.6.
Cliff Branch was a four-time Pro Bowl pick, three-time All-NBA First Team selection, and one of the most active wide receivers of his generation. In his 14-year career, Cliff Branch has 501 catches for 8,685 yards and 67 touchdowns. Richard Seymor was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection, two-time All-NBA First Team selection, and spent the last four seasons of his career with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Tony Boselli was the first Jacksonville Jaguars to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and he was the first player ever drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Tony Boselli was selected to the Pro Bowl 5 times in his career and was selected to the All-NBA team 3 times.
