Denver Broncos hires Los Angeles Rams assistant Ejiro Evero as defensive coordinator

On Thursday, the Denver Broncos officially announced the hiring of Los Angeles Rams second-line coach and passing coordinator Ejiro Evero as their new defensive coordinator.

Ejiro Evero served as a safety coach for the Los Angeles Rams in the 2017-2020 season, and previously served as a defensive quality control coach for the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers coaching staff. Ejiro Evero was a defensive assistant for the San Francisco 49ers.

In addition, Denver Broncos announced the hiring of Dwayne Stukes as Secret Service Coordinator and Marcus DIxon as Defensive Line Coach.

Dwayne Stukes has coached the NFL for 14 years and was an assistant for the Los Angeles Rams Secret Service last season. Marcus DIxon has been a defensive line coach for the Los Angeles Rams for the past two years.

Denver Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett has already decided on the offensive coordinator: former Green Bay Packers colleague Justin Outten.
