On Sunday, Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson reportedly underwent successful surgery to repair a torn shoulder and labial joint.
The sophomore linebacker, who was injured in a Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers last season, missed the next three games but returned in Week 17 to help the Cincinnati Bengals secure a playoff berth and North America champion.
Logan Wilson had 39 tackles during the playoffs. He intercepted a pass in the Cincinnati Bengals’ playoff game against the Tennessee Titans, setting the stage for a free-kick win. But in the Super Bowl, he was also the player who was whistled for pulling Cooper Kupp.
Logan Wilson started 13 games in the 2021 season with 100 tackles, one forced fumble and four interceptions.
